About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Tweed Mazda. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions
  • Deliver positive face-to-face customer service experiences
  • Maximise every sales opportunity and prospect new customers
  • Provide assistance, advice, source information, and deliver customer support services
  • Follow up with customers and maintain our database
  • Welcome new customers to the dealership
  • Adhere to dealership standards
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Experience in a customer service role or similar
  • Ability to learn and navigate new systems
  • Open, confident communication skills
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Hold a current driver's license
  • Work as part of a team
