About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Consultant at Tweed Mazda. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions
  • Deliver positive face-to-face customer service experiences
  • Maximise every sales opportunity and prospect for new customers
  • Provide assistance, advice, source information, and deliver customer support services
  • Customer follow-up and database maintenance
  • Welcoming new customers to the dealership
  • Adhering to dealership standards
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Experience in a customer service role or similar
  • Ability to learn and navigate new systems
  • Open, confident communication skills
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Hold a current driver's license
  • Work as part of a team
