About the Role

As a seasoned corporate lawyer, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in advising on landmark transactions while enjoying a dynamic work model and competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate agreements, conduct due diligence, and liaise with finance and regulatory teams
  • Support execution on mergers and acquisitions mandates and provide exceptional client service
Requirements
  • 6+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally from a large or mid-tier firm
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent drafting and verbal communication skills, and a positive team-based approach
