Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to join our Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with Partners and lawyers across all offices to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work. You will be involved in delivering highly successful outcomes for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world.

  • Gain exposure to a broad range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology, and retail.

About the Role:

  • Experience in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice.
  • Ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters.
