Restaurant Manager Job Description

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing staff, scheduling, inventory control and financial reporting. Excellent customer service skills and leadership abilities are essential to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations, including staff management, scheduling, inventory control and financial reporting.
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase customer retention.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior role.
  • Strong operational management skills with a proven track record of driving financial results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with cost control, inventory management and reporting.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
