Our dedicated team works collaboratively with Child Protection and birth families to prioritize reunification and provide comprehensive support to children in placement and their foster carers.
This role has an outreach focus in the community, with service delivery across the Shires of Moira, Murrindindi, Strathbogie, Mitchell, and City of Greater Shepparton.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality case management services to children, young people, and their families.
- Build strong relationships with children and young people in foster care placements, ensuring regular contact and monitoring their well-being.
- Employ a trauma-informed approach to deliver case work and case management services.
- Collaborate with Child Protection and birth families to prioritize reunification and provide support to foster carers.
- $15,900 pa (pro rata) Salary Packaging + Additional Salary Packaging for meals/accommodation
- Access to the Employee Assistance Program, with access for staff's immediate family
- Regular reflective supervision
