About This Opportunity

Certis Security Australia is a leading security service provider with over 3,000 employees nationwide.

We are seeking a Roster Liaison Officer to work on a full-time permanent basis in our Macquarie Park Head Office. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from internal and external stakeholders, backfill coverage for sick leave/calls, and process ad-hoc guarding requests.

You will liaise with customers and resource contractors regarding security requirements, ensure customer expectations are met, and monitor Time & Attendance exceptions. You will also participate in Shift Handover and assist the Resource Planner in allocating rosters.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in an operation/rostering environment is essential.
  • Exposure to rostering packages is required.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations is necessary.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success.
