We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Peel and Rockingham Kwinana (Pa RK) Mental Health Service. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing mental health assessment, risk assessment, and treatment recommendations for patients within the General Hospital location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mental health advice and support to patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatments and interventions
- Conduct clinical psychological assessments and provide recommendations for management and shared care
- Demonstrate resilience and a high degree of initiative in providing mental health advice and support
