About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of facilities management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of operations maintenance and support personnel. You will provide strategic guidance to ensure consistent and high-level service delivery across multiple client sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  • BUILD positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize staffing, training, and evaluating operations maintenance and support personnel
  • Ensure overall performance of the contract and required deliverables are met and exceeded, including contract compliance, performance management against KPIs, cost savings initiatives, and customer satisfaction
  • Implement portfolio-wide initiatives and programs to enhance quality, costs, and performance, including HSE, playbooks, service delivery plans, training & development, and succession planning
  • Conduct research to identify new programs or processes that can improve quality, costs, and performance for clients
  • Develop strategic procurement activities to ensure best practice, competitive pricing, and proactive delivery of services
  • Review and adjust contract processes to ensure consistency and adherence with corporate standards
