Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of our critical building sites. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a site while learning from experienced professionals and stepping into a clear path for career progression.

About the Position:
The purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of assets across our NSW region, ensuring a consistent standard and best practice approach in facilities management services. You will be responsible for managing client relationship obligations and acting as an escalation point where required. The successful candidate will be proactive in foreseeing and managing issues to mitigate and escalate any potential risks. This role contributes to our consistent and best practice approach to facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:
