Facilities Operations Leader

They are looking for a Senior Facility Manager to manage operational and capital expenditure performance for a premium asset South Eveleigh. The successful candidate will ensure financial targets are met, all services are procured, and safety and customer service are maintained at the highest level.

Responsibilities:
  • Control expenses against forecast for properties
  • Review proposed alterations to ensure they meet specifications and statutory requirements
  • Prepare scope of works and documentation
  • Approval of Work Orders, tax invoice processing, and contracts within delegated authority
  • Compliance with Quality Management System
  • Advise Property Manager and Facility Manager on maintenance and operational issues
  • Respond to after-hours calls as required
  • Maintain an up-to-date asset register and preventative maintenance planner
  • Monitor and ensure relevant statutory logs and registers are in order
  • Participate in Operational Health check Proforma (QMS dataroom)
  • Complete FCR compliance reporting within timeframes
  • Respond to tenant requests as required
  • Evaluate absence from site and promptly notify Portfolio or Property Manager
  • Actively mentor and train facility managers in your team
  • Provide support and leadership to facility managers in your team
  • Take part in customer and investor activities as required
