As a Payroll Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and compliant payroll management for our Australian team. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end fortnightly payroll process, preparing relevant reports, and reviewing payroll tax compliance.

About This Role
  • Manage the delivery of effective and efficient payroll operations for 200+ employees, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation procedures are in place.
  • Review and manage PAYG/PAYE tax preparation, balancing, and reconciliation, as well as monthly payroll tax across multiple states and workers compensation.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decisions and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Resolve any payroll discrepancies and develop/improve payroll policies and procedures.
