Global Payroll Management Opportunity

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end payroll process for a multinational corporation across Australia and New Zealand. This interim role will also drive the final stages of payroll system implementation prior to going live.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global payroll processing in the new system
  • Oversee post-manager approval checklist, including pre-payroll checks and post-payroll checks
  • Drive quick entry submission forms for bonuses, communications, etc.
  • Submit PT & Group Exercise payroll and manage late submissions and post-payroll corrections
  • Ensure checks and balances for fortnightly and monthly pay runs
Requirements
  • Full-function Australian payroll experience (4+ years)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Preferably experience working in a multi-site sector such as retail or hospitality
