Retail Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Operational Excellence Manager to oversee the full spectrum of retail operations across multiple stores. As a key leader, you will drive performance, team development, and operational excellence.
About the Role:- Lead, mentor, and inspire Store Managers and teams across two locations to create a high-performance culture.
- Manage employee relations including performance, coaching, and succession planning.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team environment.
- Ensure back-of-house operations, safety procedures, and shrinkage management are executed consistently.
- Oversee payroll approval, roster management, and efficiency of task execution.
- Analyse and report on store performance metrics and operational KPIs.
- Implement and monitor stock integrity and loss prevention strategies.
- Proven experience in multi-site retail leadership or retail operations management.
- Strong understanding of stock operations, inventory flow, and visual merchandising principles.
- A hands-on and adaptable leadership style, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
