
Retail Operations Leader

As a seasoned retail professional, you will oversee the operations of multiple stores, driving performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations Management: Lead store teams to achieve sales, profitability, and performance targets. Conduct regular store visits to assess operational standards and provide feedback.
- Sales and Profitability: Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Customer Experience: Ensure all stores deliver an exceptional customer experience, handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising and Marketing: Oversee store presentation and visual merchandising standards, coordinating with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions.
- Compliance and Operational Efficiency: Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including health and safety regulations.
- New Store Openings: Plan and manage the opening of new stores, including recruitment, training, and initial operations setup.
- A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a similar role as a Retail Area Manager or in retail operations leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop store teams.
- Hands-on and self-motivated, with a strong passion for the retail industry and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Keen awareness of market changes and the ability to adapt swiftly.
- Full availability and flexibility to travel across designated regions.
