We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our high-performing team at Supercheap Auto Everton Park.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with leadership skills, who can motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team. Ideally, you'll have experience in retail management or leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll also need to have operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting. A commitment to safety is essential, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment. Mechanical experience is a bonus, but not a must.
