Quality Assurance and Quality Control Role

MPC Kinetic is a leading provider of quality assurance and quality control services. We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Coordinator to develop, implement, and maintain company-wide quality assurance systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legislative, industry, and client standards and be able to maintain these within our business units. They will also facilitate continuous improvement across the organization to achieve best practice and meet internal and external customer requirements.

This role requires:

  • Developing formal standards and regulatory codes for relevant business units
  • Maintaining quality assurance and integrated management systems to meet appropriate standards
  • Maintaining systems and associated plant in accordance with legislative and industry requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with document control and quality management processes
  • Liaising with third-party certification bodies for audits and corrective actions
  • Managing quality aspects for client tendering processes
  • Identifying and reporting quality performance indicators across the business unit and project teams
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, internal and external
  • Implementing quality tools to monitor and improve project performance
  • Maintaining registers and key performance indicators for business unit plant and equipment requirements
  • Developing training programs related to quality assurance and business unit improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with incident and quality investigations as required
