Job Title:

Real Time Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Real Time Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions.

This is a permanent full-time position based in our office, working Monday - Friday on a rotating roster from 7am-7pm.

  • Maintain rosters in line with business and staff requests
  • Monitor all call queues, ensuring actions are taken on rosters to ensure target metrics are achieved
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and produce highly accurate reports highlighting results across key business drivers, including trends
  • Identify emerging trends and anomalies, communicating findings to the workforce planner
  • Work with the business to ensure that key tasks performed drive business success
  • Analysis of data and reporting to identify business opportunities and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Experience in a busy, commercial, competitive environment
  • Qualifications and/or experience in Genesys Pure Cloud, AWS, and Power BI (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
  • Sound problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and positively influence & motivate a high performing team
