Job Title: Data Analyst Developer Role Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst Developer to join our dynamic Business Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, working with stakeholders to deliver insights, and implementing solutions that drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Qlik Development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment. A certification in Qlik is preferred but not essential.

About the Role:

This position involves working closely with business stakeholders to derive business requirements and deliver accurate outcomes. The candidate will collaborate with the Insights, Data and Analytics team on design and implementation to ensure business requirements are met.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Work closely with business stakeholders to derive business requirements and deliver accurate outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with the Insights, Data and Analytics team on design and implementation to ensure business requirements are met.
  3. Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage projects through an Agile approach.
  4. Provide feedback on any issues or concerns relating to delivery or business scope changes.
  5. Translate business requirements into design and development specifications.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  1. Expert Qlik Developer (Architect) / Designer (Business Analyst) knowledge required.
  2. Qlik Certified preferred or willing to achieve certification within 6 months.
  3. Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
  4. SAP system and Salesforce knowledge preferred.
  5. Strong Data Warehouse and ETL skills essential.


Preferred Skills:

The following skills are highly desirable:
  1. Technical expertise regarding data modelling, data mining, and data visualisation.
  2. Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL).
  3. Experience interacting with cloud-based data platforms and services, such as AWS services, Snowflake etc.
