Data Analyst Job Opportunity

We help organisations protect and restore enterprise and financial reputation. We assist organisations to investigate facts, resolve disputes and manage regulatory challenges.

You will work across all areas of Forensics including anti-money laundering, corruption, fraud and other investigations, commercial disputes, business integrity assignments, transaction disputes, fraud prevention and compliance programme development.

This role requires working with large datasets from disparate sources to support investigations, disputes, and proactive risk detection.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Use advanced data analytic tools to generate insights to support fraud investigations, disputes, and regulatory compliance challenges for our clients.
  • Work with the broader Forensics team and consult with stakeholders; develop forensic procedures and define measurable data metrics and design investigative analysis.
  • Extract, validate, transform and load high-volume structured and unstructured data from multiple data sources for deeper analysis.
  • Develop algorithms, data mining, and data analytic solutions to assist our clients with detection of fraud, bribery and corruption.
  • Support senior team members in the preparation and presentation of client deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language and effectively collaborate with members of cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to clearly and concisely present data, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Proficiency with data manipulation languages such as SQL and statistical techniques (regression, clustering) and analytical and modelling tools such as Alteryx, Python, R or similar packages.
  • Ability to hypothesise, analyse and draw conclusions from financial and operational data.
