Job Title: Customer Service Expertise

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Expert. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, brokers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and reliable information to clients and brokers, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring consistency in information provided to clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle escalated enquiries, applying problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and reach amicable resolutions.
  • Conduct outbound calls to update information, manage customer expectations, and ensure high-quality data integrity.
  • Prepare and generate requested documents, including payout letters, statements, contracts, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a customer support role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify alternate solutions and apply them effectively.
  • Previous experience in financial services is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
