Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced dental receptionist to join our supportive team. As a key member of our front-desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering phone calls and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, update records and send reminders as required.
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including promotional activities and social media management.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygienists to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service or marketing.
  • Results-driven individual with strong sales and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly and demonstrate high initiative.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong degree of empathy towards patients and staff.
