
Complaints Resolution Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
The Complaints Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all complaints are handled fairly, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. This includes investigating and resolving complaints, maintaining accurate records, and providing high-quality written responses to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years' experience in complaints handling or a related field
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including ASIC's RG271
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
