Human Resources Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Consultant to provide valuable support to our team in this temporary role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional organisation that provides advice to the government. You will have the chance to work on a range of tasks, including mapping and improving HR & Talent processes, reviewing and innovating internal policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work autonomously. They will have experience working across HR/TA processes improvement and mapping, as well as reviewing policies, procedures and providing recommendations/solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthesising and mapping a visual flow chart for HR & Talent processes
  • Evaluating and identifying areas of improvement across HR & TA processes
  • Reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures

You will have the ability to make a real impact in this role, and contribute to the growth and development of the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Experience working across HR/TA processes improvement and mapping
  • Ability to review policies, procedures and provide recommendations/solutions
