Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Business Intelligence Manager to lead our dynamic team and shape the future of data-driven strategy across the business.

You will transform complex data into powerful insights that directly influence the company's growth and direction.

  • Define and execute the company-wide Business Intelligence roadmap by collaborating closely with executive leadership and Department Heads to identify opportunities where data can drive significant business outcomes.
  • Develop a strategic vision to transform raw numbers into meaningful, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive new opportunities for the business.
  • Lead and nurture a small but highly skilled team of data engineers, mentoring them in creating a culture of learning and accountability while supporting their professional development.
  • Manage the Business Intelligence infrastructure, including Power BI dashboards, ETL processes, and the enterprise data warehouse, ensuring seamless data integration from multiple sources.
  • Establish and maintain best practices in data management and governance, ensuring that the BI initiatives meet both regulatory standards and business needs.
About You
  • A minimum 5 years of experience from the financial services sector—ideally in auto lending, personal lending, or asset finance.
  • Hands-on expertise with Power BI, MSSQL, Azure, and enterprise data warehousing.
  • A degree in computer science, business information systems, or a related field.
