Job Title

Leading water resources engineers are sought to deliver expert consultancy and technical services for innovative project solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical leadership on water resources projects, advising clients on best practices.
  • Business development through new and existing client relationships, supporting strategic team growth.
  • Conducting risk assessments, providing feasible solutions for clients.
  • Strategic planning, design, and operation of water infrastructure across various industries, focusing on the resources sector.
  • Application of technical fundamentals and flood modeling in assessments including flood studies, surface water impact, watercourse diversion, monitoring, and rehabilitation; water management plans; erosion and sediment control.
About You

Candidates will have 6+ years' experience with demonstrated expertise in water resources engineering within a consultancy environment.

  • Relevant tertiary engineering degree (civil or environmental).
  • Desire to pursue CPENG and/or RPEQ registration.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, develop business, and manage projects.
  • Strong knowledge of local standards, Australian standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Well-rounded critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
