We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Laboratory Support Specialist in the Pre-Analytical department.
Main Responsibilities:- Process laboratory specimens for testing, adhering to high standards of quality and providing exceptional client service.
- Accurately record data and effectively communicate with clients via phone calls.
- Deliver professional client service with a positive attitude.
- Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in work performance.
- Provide clear and concise information to clients, answering their queries promptly.
- Apply troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Work proactively with clients, building strong relationships.
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and collaboratively within the team.
- Be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in medical or pathology settings.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and its application.
- Proficient keyboard skills (50wpm+).
