As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field Service Technicians and driving business growth through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and guide a team of Field and site-based Service Technicians to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
- Manage budget requirements to ensure targets are achieved and continuously seek improvements to drive efficiency, profitability, and productivity in our processes and customer experiences.
- Attend review meetings with customers as required and identify and implement business initiatives and strategies to grow revenue and gross margin.
- Implement and drive regular meetings with Service Technicians to support and monitor performance and implement training and development initiatives when required.
- Experience in the material handling industry is preferred, with a proven track record of team management and leadership.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and experience managing budgets, P&Ls, and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing strong relationships and delivering high levels of customer service.
