Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales calls and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consultants to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the engagement of existing and potential customers to win new business and grow existing accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of quotations, forecasts, and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering.
- More than 5-10 years of working experience in sales, ideally within HVAC Chillers - Engineering.
- Proven sales ability with year-on-year growth.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience working with consultants, owners, main contractors, and other key stakeholders within the building and commercial industry.
