About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team delivering cutting-edge data centre projects across Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely delivery of complex, mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
  • Integrate design, procurement, and construction activities into a unified master schedule
  • Track progress and update schedules based on actual performance and forecasts
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of deliverables
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and critical path analyses
Requirements

We are hiring across all levels, so requirements vary by seniority:

Junior Level:
  • 1-3 years in scheduling or MS Project, Excel, basic P6
Mid-Level:
  • 3-7 years in construction/ Primavera P6, stakeholder infrastructure coordination
Senior Level:
  • 7+ years in large-scale Advanced P6, risk analysis, infrastructure leadership
