Job Overview:

  • Lead assigned projects to ensure they meet our standards and deliver high-quality results.
  • Support project teams through planning and delivery, and tracks progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data centre service projects, including critical infrastructure implementation and technical services delivery.
  • Coordinate planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external clients.
  • Oversee project design, budgeting, and procurement, including high-level design concepts, fit-out budgets, and managing production lead times.
  • Support financial control and reporting, working closely with project accountants and finance teams to manage costs and risks.
  • Manage commissioning and operational transition, including testing, compliance, licensing, and handover of documentation.
  • Ensure effective communication and support, facilitating stakeholder updates, internal staff coordination, and resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing complex technical based projects, with a preferred background in the electrical or HVAC space.
  • Previous experience in key project controls and financials, reporting, impressive client management abilities and contractor supervision and management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work across diverse (technical and non-technical) based teams.
  • Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
