Listings Business Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Policy and Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our listings business.
In this role, you will support the development and execution of our policy agenda, ensuring that our listing rules, corporate governance requirements, and broader capital market regulatory settings remain fit-for-purpose.
You will undertake research and analysis on current issues, including examining the rules and corporate governance arrangements of other exchanges, industry best practice, and legal requirements. You will develop evidence-based options and recommended solutions to enhance the attractiveness of our exchange as a listing venue.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and lead the execution of our policy agenda as it relates to the Listings business.
- Undertake research and analysis in relation to current issues, including researching the rules and corporate governance arrangements of other exchanges, industry best practice, and legal requirements.
- Analyse policy settings and investor expectations to ensure we remain competitive with global and private capital markets.
- Collaborate with and coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic priorities.
