Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on business partnership and talent management.

The successful candidate will provide proactive support to senior business leaders across our ANZ commercial business. This includes developing and driving people priorities, building our people & culture plan, and embedding enterprise priorities.

The role also involves coaching senior leaders, shaping our leadership culture, and building high-performing teams. Strong relationships with experts in Talent, Reward, and other COEs are essential to ensure we build fit-for-purpose solutions and drive organisational change.

This is a fixed-term position for 8 months, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in North Sydney and work closely with our international teams.

  • Develop and drive people priorities, taking a data-driven approach to tackle high-impact opportunities

Requirements
  • A degree in Business and/or Human Resources, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in shaping and managing change, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment law in Australia
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
