**About the Position**:
We are seeking expressions of interest for future roles and are looking for passionate sales professionals to join a growing team to sell into Non Profits **or **Education institutions.
The **Account Executive **builds, identifies and closes opportunities, empowering non-profit and education organisations to fund and run their entire mission with one integrated platform. In addition to advocating solutions across a set of existing Salesforce customers, you will break into net new logos in your assigned territory.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and drive revenue within you allocated territory
- Generate business opportunities through prospecting and cold-calling as well as up-selling into existing accounts
- Drive brand awareness, campaigns and lead generation in assigned territory, building a point of view to help customers
- Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
- Meet and exceed growth expectations of the territory
- Build and develop a strategic business plan
- Operational excellence across forecasting and account planning
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience (preferably Software or Business Applications)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills
- Successful history of net new business and existing business upsell
- Track record of achievement against targets and metrics
- Credibility internally and with customers
- Validated sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
- A knowledge of or passion to partner with Nonprofits or Education institutions
- Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role
