With a proven track record in leading large-scale Class 2 multi-residential projects through to construction, you ensure that each project is delivered to the highest standards.Key responsibilitiesLeading project teams to ensure accurate and timelyconstruction documentationfrom post-DA approval to completion.Overseeingproject planning, resource allocation, and team performanceto maintain project timelines and quality.Liaising withinternal management for approvalsand sign-offs at key milestones.Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders.Ensuring strict adherence tobuilding regulations, planning controls, and industry standards.Conduct quality checks at each stage, applying your expertise in construction detailing.Regularly reviewing design work to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement 14th August, 2025 Welcome to LandmarkLandmark is a trusted Australian property developer and builder with over 25 years of experience delivering high-quality, stylish, and great-value apartments.
