ABOUT THE POSITION. Manage the development of construction documentation packages for medium to large scale multi-residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects. Be hands-on with projects, strengthening your portfolio and expertise in construction delivery in line with Australian Standards. DUTIES. Produce high-quality pre-construction documentation Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details Coordinate with various consultants, attend site meetings SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Tertiary qualification in Architecture 4 years' experience on multi-residential projects Strong Revit competency in construction documentation ABOUT THE COMPANY. Work in a team lead by an Architect with a wealth of experience working in a top tier studio. With a current headcount of 10 experienced and enthusiastic architectural professionals, the boutique studio has aspirations to double in size over the next couple of years.
