Property Lawyer Role in Melbourne CBD Office

We are seeking an experienced property lawyer to join our in-house legal team in Melbourne's CBD office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly successful corporate organisation that has a proven track record in its field and an impressive national portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review and negotiate general commercial and property agreements such as confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements, minor works agreements and construction agreements.
- Assist with leasing matters, manage tenant disputes and provide support to teams on property acquisition, disposal and capital investment opportunities.
- Update precedent documents, conduct research and provide training to the business.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- a minimum of 7 years' PQE from a well-regarded law firm or similar in-house environment.
- transactional commercial property law experience.
- prior experience in high-value property acquisitions.
- proficiency in managing leases ideally in the retail sector.
