New Relationship Manager

This is a frontline role where you will be an advocate for specialty coffee, driving our brand within local communities. You will grow our network and presence by proactively reaching out to potential and current customers in VIC, SA, WA & TAS.

In this vibrant role, you will focus on building relationships with customers, providing them with solutions and an exceptional customer experience. Your ability to educate and inspire prospective customers about what it means to be a wholesale business cafe partner will be essential in increasing awareness of our brand, product range, and activities.

You will represent us at industry events and other forums, partnering with our teams to provide demand planning insights and activation requirements for customers. As a relationship manager, you will have the autonomy to work independently and as part of a team, bringing a flexible and open-minded approach to evolving responsibilities and opportunities.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for coffee, knowledge and experience in the industry, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in new business development. Outstanding communication, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills are also essential. A driver's license and willingness to travel are required, as well as a strong understanding of small businesses and market dynamics.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously, think strategically, and provide solutions-driven ideas. They will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, growing our network, and driving our brand forward.
