Nespresso Brand Ambassador

Are you a coffee enthusiast with exceptional communication skills? We're seeking highly motivated and hardworking individuals to join our Field Team in Melbourne as Casual Brand Ambassadors.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for visiting retailers, demonstrating the features and benefits of Nespresso Coffee Machines, and generating sales opportunities.

With your superior product expertise, you will passionately communicate the Nespresso coffee story and convert customer engagements into sales.

For this role, you'll need:

  • Saturday + Sunday availability
  • First-class communication skills
  • A keen interest in coffee
  • A self-driven attitude and reliability
  • The flexibility to visit multiple stores
  • Confidence to provide high-level customer service
