As a Senior Coffee Specialist, you'll share your expertise and passion for coffee with customers while supporting leadership teams to efficiently run boutiques. Your day will include engaging and connecting customers with high service and product knowledge, as well as maximising sales.
You'll oversee all staff on the floor, including performance management, and collaborate with team members to create memorable customer experiences.
Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our brand and values
Engage and connect with customers through club membership
Develop your knowledge of coffee and become an experienced Senior Coffee Specialist
Ensure the successful operation of the boutique
Support new employee on-boarding and individual development goals
Partner with the Stock Controller to achieve stock control targets
