Our Melbourne-based boutique is currently recruiting for a Senior Coffee Specialist. This role requires a high level of customer service, product knowledge, and team management skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be passionate about coffee, and have previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Additional responsibilities include mentoring new employees, contributing to staff development goals, and working collaboratively with the stock controller to achieve stock control targets.

  • Oversee floor staff performance, manage inventory, and collaborate with colleagues to create a memorable customer experience.
