We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Level Group Australia Pty Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing exceptional administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure strong customer communication, satisfaction, and efficient business operations.
- Manage front office operations, including handling inbound and outbound calls and emails.
- Process purchase orders and supplier invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process payroll, including employee salaries and superannuation payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial transaction recording.
- Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and PAYG with the ATO.
- Manage maintenance schedules and ensure accurate recording of maintenance jobs.
- Perform other general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience using Xero and a job management system.
Working Environment:
- Great working environment.
