Senior Workplace Relations Specialist

This is a pivotal role in delivering expert guidance and support across a broad range of workplace relations matters.
- Assist the Head of Industrial Relations & Policy in executing a strategic and consistent approach to workplace relations and compliance.
- Interpret and apply industrial instruments, legislation, and company policies.
- Implement changes necessitated by law reforms, Award, and enterprise agreement updates.
- Support enterprise bargaining and change management processes.
- Engage in maintenance of internal resource libraries relevant to workplace relations.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting, and supporting, guiding, coaching, and advising on all matters related to workplace relations.
- Work constructively with business leaders and union officials to support the resolution of industrial matters.
- Engage appropriately in industrial matters and provide advice and guidance to People Directors, People Partners, and business leaders.
- Assist in growing capability across the business in workplace relations via planning, co-ordinating, and delivering workshops, seminars, and other structured learning and development activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practice in workplace relations.
- Contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
