Job Overview
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workplace Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support across a broad range of workplace relations matters.
">This role involves delivering advice, education, dispute resolution, supporting bargaining and wider Workplace Relations projects and initiatives. To be successful, you will need to be a critical and analytical thinker who is able to operationalise Workplace Relations strategy, policy and governance frameworks.
">The ideal candidate will have a tertiary graduate or post-graduate degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations/Workplace Relations or related degree. They will also have proven capability in Workplace Relations, contributing to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
">Key responsibilities include assisting the Head of Industrial Relations & Policy in executing a strategic and consistent Workplace Relations approach across the business, interpreting and applying industrial instruments, legislation, and company policies, implementing changes necessitated by law reforms, Award, and enterprise agreement updates, and supporting enterprise bargaining and change management processes.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Tertiary graduate or post-graduate degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations/Workplace Relations or related degree.
- Proven capability in Workplace Relations, contributing to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Experience in improving the capability of others in resolving workplace relations issues.
