Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-level and specialist advice on strategic and operational workplace relations matters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of senior level Workplace Relations experience in complex workplace settings, preferably in aged care. They will also possess tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and highly developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of P&C and workplace relations policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will lead the resolution of complex case management and serious employee conduct issues, educate people leaders on complex employee relations matters, and play a key role in the enterprise bargaining process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level and specialist advice on strategic and operational workplace relations matters
