About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent working relationships internally and externally, liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the team, including diary management, travel coordination, and correspondence preparation.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and workshops, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Work across the agency to provide strong support to critical tasks and projects, demonstrating initiative and autonomy.
  • Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to committees and meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an APS environment, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet competing priorities autonomously.
  • Highly developed administration skills, with a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in the use of MS Office.
  • Extensive communication and liaison skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with a broad cross-section of stakeholders.
  • Ability to exercise judgment, work with discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven time management skills, ensuring all tasks are undertaken and delivered at a high quality and on time.
