Speaking Test Delivery Specialist

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of speaking test delivery and marking.
The role involves managing the quality assurance of examiner marking and delivery standards for Speaking tests across our network, as well as overseeing the recruitment, training, and monitoring of examiner trainers.
About this role- You will be responsible for supporting our test centre network by ensuring adequate numbers of suitably qualified examiners and examiner trainers are recruited, trained, and monitored.
- You will manage examiner trainer performance through partner-agreed monitoring processes.
- You will also implement and develop global policies for the delivery of speaking tests and ways of working with examiner trainers.
- Ensure high standards of speaking test delivery and marking
- Manage the quality assurance process for examiner marking
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and monitoring of examiner trainers
