Job Title: Test Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled Test Delivery Manager to lead testing activities on large, complex programs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure timely completion of projects within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
  • Test SMEs require effective management and guidance from you.
  • Analyze and report on test activities and results, escalating issues and risks to project management.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and supporting test data under your direction from specifications.
  • Assign execution test cases at various stages of testing.
  • Contribute to team improvement initiatives and projects, including team tools, process changes, and test automation.
  • Identify, manage, and document defects, programming errors, and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
  • Manage testing for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Accurately record time and effort for test cases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
  • Manage defect triages and meetings.
  • Coordinate with business teams and support them during UAT.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience leading testing activities on large, complex programs, preferably in federal government.
  • Demonstrated experience with test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, risks, and dependencies.
  • Salesforce knowledge is beneficial.
