Disaster Resilience Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Disaster Resilience Unit at Flinders Medical Centre.
This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to safeguarding our communities while being part of a dedicated team committed to creating a more resilient state.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior managers, preparing committee papers, taking minutes at meetings and following up action items.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the provision of administrative services, excellent time management skills, high-level personal organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
They will also possess interpersonal skills consistent with providing high-level quality customer service and maintaining the trust and co-operation of others.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to senior managers
- Preparing committee papers
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Following up action items
