Emergency Response Coordinator

This is a full-time role that involves developing and maintaining emergency response plans to ensure continuity of healthcare services during disruptions.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, coordinating training programs, and establishing systems for data collection and analysis.
- Identify and assess potential risks related to business continuity and resource outage planning.
- Recommend strategies to minimize or eliminate identified risks.
- Develop, review, and maintain procedures and guidelines for best practice management.
- Participate in disaster resilience committees, including exercises and initiatives.
- Conduct and schedule business continuity exercises across multiple sites.

- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Foster trust and cooperation through interpersonal skills.
- Work as an effective team member and analyze problems with accuracy.
- Prioritize workloads, work autonomously, and achieve deadlines.
- Demonstrate experience in Business Continuity and Emergency Management.
Bonus points: previous experience in facilitating desktop, discussion, and practical disaster-based exercises would be highly beneficial.
